When everything lands on your desk

Projects, decisions, and follow-ups pile up when too much depends on you.

The space between strategy and execution

You do not need another list. You need the work to move.

I help clarify what matters, coordinate the people and details involved, and maintain accountability until the next milestone is complete.

Kaizen may be the right fit when

Your vision is clear, but execution needs support.

An important project has stalled or become difficult to manage.
Multiple people are involved, but ownership and follow-through are unclear.
You need experienced support without adding a full-time operations hire.
The Kaizen Method

Clarify. Coordinate. Complete.

01 / CLARIFY

Find the real priority.

Define the goal, responsibilities, decisions and next steps so everyone knows what matters now.

02 / COORDINATE

Bring the pieces together.

Align people, timelines, information and resources across teams, organizations and time zones.

03 / COMPLETE

Keep work moving.

Maintain accountability, surface obstacles and protect momentum through the finish line.

Your Business GPS

Your business has a destination. I’m the GPS that gets you there.

I run the behind-the-scenes of your business, part-time — so you can stop doing everything yourself.

Every GPS does three things — it shows you where you are, keeps you on route, and navigates you to what’s next. That’s exactly how we’ll work together. And like any good GPS, we recalculate whenever you miss a turn. That’s Kaizen: small improvements, compounded.

In our clients’ words
“I hired Francesca at Kaizen services to help with administrative work for managing a small research grant that I had received. For this project, Francesca coordinated meetings with the international research team and participants, kept everyone on task, and managed the budget and reimbursements. After the successful completion of this multi-national research project, I hired Francesca again, this time to help me structure the many moving parts of a long-term graphic novel project that I had undergone years ago but was stalled. In addition to helping to streamline the communication between publicist, agent, artist, writer, and editors, Francesca also acted as a motivational coach who could get at the source of what was blocking movement and who would keep momentum going. When the graphic novel was finally complete, Francesca helped organize a book launch in Washington, D.C., which involved publicity, promotional materials, managing catering, flights, and the travel and accommodations of four speakers. She is very intuitive about how to optimize communication and efficiency with different people's working styles. Most importantly, Francesca is always so pleasant to work with and so supportive.”
— Sherine H.
Professor of Anthropology & Research Project Lead
“Francesca provided practical, concrete tools to quiet my mind and focus on the work I came to do. Our work together has grown from managing my time and priorities to coordinating collaborative creative projects. She helps translate complex work into clear responsibilities, timelines, and next steps, giving me the structure to lead my teams and move projects forward.”
— Keisha-Khan P.
Professor of Africana Studies, Author & Creative Project Lead
“As a professor who operates alone and is often overwhelmed as a result, I benefited tremendously from Francesca’s expertise in vision planning and organization. Francesca stayed in the trenches with me until a task was finished, and she made the task seem effortless. Francesca taught me how to streamline unnecessary or redundant steps, and I have increased my productivity as a result. I give the highest endorsement for booking a session with Francesca.”
— Jessica M.
Professor of History
“Her use of technology is excellent, and she took all of my thoughts, ideas, and plans and organized them into a digital notebook. I trusted her to conduct business meetings on my behalf. She required no additional supervision or direction for the most part and even anticipated what needed to be done before I could even ask.”
